When I was in SD I had the chance to meet a woman who worked as an underground abortion counselor in the late 1960s.

Talking to her for an hour I gained so much more respect for what our mother’s generation did for women my age– the women involved in Roe v. Wade worked in similar groups in Austin.  There was so much footage from this interview that will never get used, which annoys me but I understand.

Her interview is worth looking at, it’ll get you way inspired (and maybe even said you didn’t vote for Hillary Clinton)…
