I am so thrilled to announce that two of my most crafty friends have started blogs!  Sarah, over at BuryMeWithMyNeedles, plans to focus mostly on fiber arts.  She has very patiently tried to teach me to crochet about a million times more than once but I can never get past the long chains.  Someday I am going to learn, because I do want to make that ripple blanket.  Perhaps the next time we’re together and one of us isn’t frantically trying to finish some kind of school…  Sarah has also been known to create entire armies of sock monkeys, watch out for her…

Ariel, blogging at ImplyingAWellBehavedNarrative, seems like she’ll be using the space as a place to reflect.  Ariel is a fantastic and inspiring person and I have no doubt her blog will prove to be that way too.  Oh, and she’s also coming to DC for Obama’s inauguration!  I am so excited about this visit and can’t wait to hear her (now) ex-pat thoughts on the whole event/city.

Both blogs are very, very new.  However, I’m sure they are going to be fascinating to watch grow.  Look at me say that, with all 6 months of my blogging making me “older and wiser” or something.  Anyway, do take a peek at them, I promise you wont be disapointed.
