This was the first weekend when DC felt really, really like Spring time.  It was warm, sunny, and blissfully un-humid (I’m not sure what the opposite of humid is if it isn’t actually dry).  Although I was in the library nearly all day Sat, on Sunday we spent several hours outside with friends at the Tidal Basin.  The Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom.
