No poetry Friday today, I’ll get back to a semi-normal posting schedule next week.  I just learned about this Summit of Awesome happening in DC and want to go so bad!  It is just over a week away and, for some reason, I can’t decide if I should go.  Perhaps the ticket price ($180/3 days of fun) is scaring me off, or it could be that I just don’t really feel like a crafty lady.  As much awe and respect as I have for the crafting and DIY community, it always feels like I’m just not quite ready to take the leap and really be the person I feel like I want to be.  Maybe I’m making too much out of an open-invitation conference.  It is also 100% possible that this is my post-thesis/what-am-I-doing-with-my-life-now anxiety coming out.
