This is what I did with my weekend– I basically sat in my bed, embroidered, and watched silly crime TV shows.  The future recipient of this darling cocktail napkin doesn’t read this blog (as far as I know) so I think I can show you this work in progress.  I’m just going to do a set of two.  The pattern came for free from Jacque Davis via Flickr.  I love that Flickr has free embroidery patterns that slightly update the 1930s style for tea towels and napkins.

Lots of other crafty stuff happening in the last week too– but I’m not sure how much I can show you until I’m sure things have arrived in the post.  So, I’ll just give you some little hints and peeks.
